First time on the via and was surprised with the great experiences had with them. The Windsor station is not huge. But very nice. And cozy. Lots of couches and seats for riders. Clean bathrooms. And helpful staff.

Relaxing, enjoyable, love taking Via they are always there to make your trip pleasent and relaxing, which it always is... Been taking the train since I was a little girl, 48 years later and still love it.. Clean and nice ride and sceenry. I always take it between Windsor and London or Toronto, and Kitchener and Nagaria Falls. Always so much fun... Nice little snack too. If you are a vetatarian they have a snack for you. They have sandwiches and chips and dip and coffee and tea, Pop and juices so much to choose from... But sometimes people bring their own,. So much fun taking the train...😀😀😉😀

Clean terminal! They need to put food stalls here for the people who are waiting for their trains cause they only have vending machines which contains some chocolates, granola bar, chips and some drinks! This place is also not crowded. Really quiet.

I use Via Rail about 1-2x a month. The station is clean and the staff both at the station and on the train are very kind and helpful.
