Love their fresh produce and the bulk section. Employees are always smiling, friendly and helpful Always Great prices.... Jill in self check out is super 5 help.... Sophie is a 5 employee. I was late putting my pin # in the card reader so she had to come and reset the machine. And then she had to help me another time and she was very cheerful about it. She made shopping at Winco a pleasant experience.nWinco is an amazing place to shop, great prices, love the bulk food section and Addison our checker was great, friendly and helpful. Every checker/store employee are always willing to help

We ordered bulk donuts for our wedding here, everything went smoothly and our guests loved them! We had a great experience and recommend their bakery!

I don't understand why there is a truck that goes around the parking lot spreading dust and dirt everywhere every night. If it's supposed to be cleaning the parking lot it is doing a very poor job as all it really does is stir up dust and rocks and spread it all over the customers and their vehicles. Very irritating for people with allergy and respiratory issues trying to enter or leave thr store.

Been shopping at winco in Moscow for years and have always been happy with their store. However they need to work on their self checkout, specifically collecting baskets. Rarely do I see an employee grab a basket to put away for a customer. When I'm carrying multiple bags of groceries and the cashier is just sitting there watching me struggle to not drop the basket, it's a little upsetting. One time I tried to give it to the guy and he just pointed and said baskets go there. Come on winco, take note from safeway and Rosauers. Safeway trains their employees to never let a customer carry off the baskets.

I went to pick up beer and some groceries with my brother, we’re both in our 40s and cashier named Bailey asked both of us to show our IDs and decided not to sell us the beer as my brother didn’t have his ID on him. This is ridiculous, she was pretty rude and told me it was a law but I couldn’t find such Idaho law and I couldn’t find such policy on Wincos website either. If cashiers don’t understand laws, you need to train them to use a common sense or hire people who know how to do their job. Spoke with the manager later who apologized, hope this cashier learns some common sense or they will lose customers like me.
