Wilson's Transportation

Amazing. When we ran into logistical issues trying to transport Ukrainian refugees from YVR the island, Wilson stepped in and offered a private charter bus - for free. Shana called me multiple times to confirm the details. Above and beyond service!

We used Wilson's Transportation for a conference 4 trips, with a large group over 100 people. The drivers were very punctual and the service was good. One of the drivers, Aaron W. was great and gave us a great intro to Butchart gardens. The buses were in good shape. The communication with them during booking could have been a bit more responsive, but overall everything went great.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Our driver left without us on December 23rd, we made it to the ferry after having to pay for an expensive taxi and when we confronted the driver about leaving before his scheduled pick up time he was aggressive and defensive with us. I have called and emailed this company multiple times and have no ZERO response. They charged us $168 for a service we DIDN'T use. I have never had such horrible customer service.

Wish I could put a zero but there is no such an option.. Very angry and disappointed!! Myself and three other passengers had reservations for December 23 3pm departure from Nanaimo to Victoria with Wilson’s however the bus never showed up! Phone calls have not being answered, refunds have not been offered! After more than an hour of waiting in the cold had to go with Island Express and pay again!! Will NEVER ever use Wilson’s, please avoid them at all costs!!!

I took Wilsons during the winter storm to catch my plane in Vancouver. They made my trip very simple, allowed my small dog in her carrier and i was able to make it to my flight one of few flights that wasn’t cancelled that day. Ed, our driver for the first half was very memorable, with ridiculous dad jokes. He also made sure to keep us informed as there were many delays due to the weather. Id totally recommend wilsons & would use them again.

Legitimately the worst company you could ever encounter. 0 customer support or service in general and especially on the weekend. Even though they operate on weekends.... If you operate on the weekend then you have customer support avaliable aswell. But thats wilsons. 0 brain cells. Avoid this company at all costs.

My review is specifically for the customer service at their corporate office that deals with rentals/chartering. I called to inquire about renting one of their vehicles and the person I spoke to on the phone was quite rude and acted like I was a bother. Very unprofessional and based on that phone call, I definitely wouldn't rent from here.

The drivers were very nice and friendly, the ride there was all good the only thing was that the instructions on the ticket to find the pick up spot were terrible, I waited where they said and then had to run to catch the bus which stopped a block away from where they said and there’s never an answer on their contact number so no way to ask anyone for instructions or anything.

Our bus did not show up! 50 children waiting after performing at the theatre and no bus. Missed our ferry home had to find hotel for everyone bus should have picked us all up in the morning was again late, driver got stuck in the parking lot didn’t know where he was going we had to give him directions and still missed our morning ferry! Dreadful no help even with luggage!

We used Wilson's Transportation for our wedding and although my husband and I were not on any of the transportation shuttles we had numerous wedding guests compliment Larry for going above and beyond with our guests. When wedding guests compliment the shuttle driver after the wedding...I think that speaks very highly of him! Thank you Larry, Wilson's is lucky to have you!
