Wilson's Roofing

Wilson Roofing is the best in my opinion. Like 100's of others, our roof was affected by the high winds on Friday with the lose of many shingles. We returned home from vacation to find shingles scattered all over the lawn. Called them Fri and left message with answering service. Trina at Wilson's called back Sat. Knowing l was upset she very patiently managed to calm me right down and assured me the approaching rain would cause no damage. She said they were extremely busy but would get someone out as soon as possible. They were at our house 11:00 Sunday morning. Customer Service at it's best! Thank you Trina! Marsha

A fabulous job! A polite, professional group. The extra detail in the flashing and finishing of the roof was outstanding. Phone calls were returned almost immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fair price and an exceptional job.

Terrible. Roof was done by Wilson’s 6 years ago. After the wind storm last month we had over 20 shingles blow off our roof. They came to fix it and charged $150. 3 weeks later another windstorm hit and we lost only 5 shingles. The person I spoke to on the phone said it would be free as long as it was in the same spot as 3 weeks prior (which it was). The guys came to fix it today and charged us another $150. After calling to complain, they explained it was indeed a miscommunication and that we do owe $150. A big difference considering I was told it would be free. Not to mention the guy who did the roof today told us our roof is in bad shape (ok- but you guys did it and only 6 years ago). The woman on the phone said sorry- but obviously not sorry enough to offer any happy medium. Do not recommend this company. Money grabbers and not out to make their loyal customers happy!

Worst customer service ever experienced. You'll be lucky if someone actually calls you back. As others below have stated, don't count on them actually showing up when they promised they would. They'll tell you they will be by on Monday, then no one shows up, no phone call, nothing. Days go by, with absolutely no follow up. Unbelievable negligence.

On April 4th at about 1:00 pm I contacted the company as we had a good previous experience with them in Whitby. This day was the heavy winds and we lost some shingles on our roof. I understood that they would be fielding a lot of calls and the representative informed me that would come out on Thursday the 5th to inspect. We were home all day however we did not receive a call or a visit as promised. Notwithstanding that the company would have other projects that they were taken care of I thought as a courtesy that they would at least call to advise.
