Durham Region Roofing Ltd. is a locally owned and operated business in the Durham area. We specialize in reshingling as well as aluminum work. We are BBB accredited and carry liability insurance from intact insurance for $2M. Our workers are WSIB insured and possess a professional attitude and work ethic. At least one owner will be on site to make sure that everything goes smoothly and according to clients' expectations.

We use CertainTeed fibreglass shingles in the 25XT, and Landmark LifeTime (50yr) lines.

We install 5" seamless troughs held up by internal hangers which screw into the fascia board. We use prepainted heavy gage aluminum for fascia and capping. We also install soffits and skylights.

Very pleased with choosing Durham Roofing to reshingle the roof of my home. I had gotten quotes from a number of companies in and around the region. Even though their quote was not the lowest, however, after reading reviews of the various companies, I chose Durham Roofing. Their customer service and level of professionalism was excellent. They always got back to me when I left messages. Although the date of installation had to be rescheduled a few times, they explained fully the reasons (mainly due to weather conditions) and never left me hanging as to when a new date was set. The quote and final charges were accurate with no hidden charges. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We had Durham Region Roofing come for a new roof.  We are so pleased with their work from start to finish.  From initial estimate and communication they were very helpful and friendly.  The day they came, they came bright and early and were done in one day.  The clean up was amazing you can not even tell we had roofers at our house. They cleaned up and even put back all our patio furniture.  I am so happy with their work and would recommend them 100%.  Thanks for the great work!!!
