I have always been horrified of the dentist. Since I was a child. I have had three visits to this dental office and they are have been absolutely amazing and so patient. So kind, and very understanding. I actually enjoy going to my dentist knowing that I am in good hands and I don't have to be afraid. Thank you so much everyone! Best Dental office ever!

Amazing staff, Dr. Brooks always makes me feel comfortable being there. I am not a big fan of the dentist chair but can relax when i come here and trust the team to do the work they need to do to keep my teeth healthy.

I had Invisalign with this clinic- and after I recently found out my Orthodontist wasn't even a certified Orthodontist (Dr. Melnyk) .... I went to a new dental office recently & they said while my teeth are straight, there are plenty of adjustments that could have been done. I still hate how one particular tooth looks, and I will probably get braces instead or Invisalign again. Also, my new dentist found tons of button residue on my teeth (the leftovers from attachments made with bonding material) I had that junk removed first by Dr. Melnyk, who didn't remove it all properly, then Dr. Brooks. There was still tons left, & honestly I got fed up with calling and making appointments to fix mistakes. They even used a metal filling for one of my cavities & my new ( & amazing Dentist) was appalled when he saw the filling. He said he hasn't used metal filling since the late 90's & couldn't believe a Dental office would still do this. I really wish I would have done my research & avoided Willow Dental completely.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Prompt, personable, professional. Dental care with a focus on care. Care with making the appointment, care with the gentle reminders. Care with the procedures. Prompt in that the wait time is always short but there is free coffee available. Everyone is so friendly and considerate. Twice I needed to get in quickly due to a broken tooth which can trigger these severe headaches. Both times they either got me in either at the end of the day or early the next day. Very flexible and I know that staff stayed late with the one problem - that is care.

Dr Brook doesn't finish what he starts! Won't listen to what his patient feels! Just money hungry! Was in last week for xray feeling his tooth was not right it felt cracked. Said tooth was fine sent home with a pick. Charged money again. Few day later tooth cracks as we felt. Called Dr Brook wants to send him to another Dr instead of fixing it! Such run around ! So upset and dissapointed!
