"We operate two dental offices and cycle between our Chilliwack and Agassiz offices. We are a family run business and Dr Bonnie Randhawa has 18 years experience in all aspects of general dentistry. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable and get the best service possible. We understand certain patients require certain needs so please let us know how we can help facilitiate that. We are involved in the local school kids programs and enjoy giving back to the community. Our staff of dental hygienist and dental assistants have decades upon decades of experience so rest assured you are in the right hands. We look forward to seeing you!"

Our family has had such positive experiences at our new dental office. I always feel a part of the decision making process and my options are laid out very clear. The secretary at the front is so cheerful and accommodating and my dental hygienist does a great job at keeping my teeth at their best. We have and will continue to reccomend Dr. Randhawa to other families as she has helped us make a smooth transition from our old Dentist and we feel very lucky to have found her and her staff.

Loved the professionalism of Dr. Bonnie Randhawa and her staff. Had an appointment with Karen for regular teeth cleaning. I was amazed by how good she is at what she does. It was a breeze and she did an excellent job. Dr. Bonnie Randhawa popped in a couple of times as well and it really shows she cares for her patients. Highly recommend their services.
I have had a horrible fear of Dentists and NEVER left an appointment without tears. Today all that changed! I went in with serious pain and Dr. Bonnie and her staff made me feel cared for and before, during, and after I had a painless experience! Thank you for such a compassionate and caring treatment.
Worst experience ever from staff training @ Dr. Sims , nurse bumped teeth around purposefully, didnt keep the white light on filling and filling fell out. Didn't care about Paying you the right attention, cared more about their groups of church goers appointments ahead of time. Do not GO to this office !!!!!!

I love Dr Bonnie, she is one of the best dentists I have seen ever. She is so professional, confident and caring. Did I mention almost painless :. Lucky to have found her. Her staff are the best too.
Dr. Bonnie and the team at Smiles By Design are all genuinely kind people who are great at what they do! I always know that my smile is in good hands, and I also trust that Dr. Bonnie would never recommend a procedure that I didn’t absolutely need. This office is great and I highly recommend it!!
Beware! Bonnie misused my insurance plan ... her decisions just didn't seem right so I went for a 2nd opinion and my concerns have been confirmed. If you are having complicated work done, always seek 2nd opinion and ask to see actual pictures of recent work done on current clients. Don't rely on the pictures on the walls... I have learned my lesson and it has cost me personally about $1000.00.
Almost 2 months ago I went in for a filling and I was horrified by the conversation the dentist was having with the hygienist. First he was talking about victims from forensic shows which made me uncomfortable. Then he began to talk about dead dogs being cut in half and dead dogs being poisoned... I was so upset and shocked by this conversation I got out there as soon as possible. That was so unprofessional and upsetting. I need to get that filling he did fixed because he left it sharp but I am way too scared to go back and sit in a chair while where topics like are discussed... I will say the hygienist for my consult appointment was amazing but that's the only good thing I have to say about this place.
