Always so friendly and nice always quick to call you back. Very friendly environment made me feel at home and was willing to take care of my needs in a timely manner I was in and out.
They help alot and very kind. I do recommend going there for help
First off let me make it clear that B. Johnson does not need to be working with the public. The way she has treated my mom who is disabled is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I dare you to talk to someone in the manner that you have with my mother. I will be reporting you and hopefully then you will learn some manners and how to treat people who need help.
Posted phone number goes unanswered and organization doesn't return messages. Receptionist is not knowledgeable

The wait was long customer service was all right they just need more help
Worse Service & Communication I have ever experienced regarding something so important and of need, They didnt keep me updated. NEVER returned my calls after leaving numerous voicemails, not even a call back from the supervisor. I do not recommend, its sabotage and they help who they want ! Stereotype !
This place needs new management they help who they want too and when they awnser the phone they sound like they at home n just woke up stereo type people And you ask to speak to the manager but good luck because they called themselves all managers the LIHEAP program intake workers cover for each other they act like the funds are comming out of their check like I said they help who they want too depending on Race yes that's right customer service is extremely disgusting am going to call the state on them.
Best service and very lovely people.
