The Contact Center Reps are always extremely helpful and will point you in the right direction. I know that when I call Wildfire, no matter what I’m calling for, I’ll always get an answer and a resolution in a timely manner. On top of that, everyone is always super friendly!

Wildfire Credit Union State St Branch is the branch I frequently visit. All the workers there always greet you with a smile and upbeat attitude. Any questions or concerns I’ve had they always make sure that I leave with a clear understanding. They are always explaining any additional services they offer that I may not be aware of or using. I love this branch, I the workers as well. Best branch to visit!

I was having a dull and boring day... until two great presenters introduced me to the wondrous world of wildfire credit union. these glorious people, named Ileah and Katie, proved to be an excellent staff and really spread out the good word. I hope to see them again for it was the greatest 2 minutes of my life. Thank you girls, for lighting up my world, and thank you wildfire, for showing me a fabulous job path.

I was helped today with refinancing of my truck. Not only did I not have an appointment, but I was squeezed in anyway.nDue to the nature of my job, I work out of state for weeks at a time. Erika not only stepped up to see that I was taken care of before leaving out of state but she went above and beyond! We all could learn from her example set today.

Wildfire is a great place to keep your money. The employees at the State Street Office are super friendly and helpful especially Jenni. She answers all my questions with confidence and a smile!
