Wow, what a shocker for my taste buds. I've driven past Wild Tiger so many times and finally decided to check it out. Hubby and I ordered the Panang Curry and hubby ordered the Pad-See-Ew. Both dishes were fantastic and we can hardly wait to eat there again. The staff was great and helpful with our orders. Not the fanciest restaurant in the world, but the food is 5-star.
One of the best Chicken Pad Thai’s we have around Vancouver area. All the other food tasted great as well.
I have got the basil duck for lunch. The skin of duck is crispy. Meat is still tender. The sauce is well balanced, not too salty nor sweet. The vegetables under the duck kept the duck away from the sauce. They are just well cooked as well.
Egg Rolls were delicious, Pad Thai was a little to sweet. Friendly, Helpful staff. Nice environment.
It's ok. Everything was a little too sweet. Enjoyed the panang curry most. Tom yum was not quite sour enough for me. Fried rice wasn't very flavorful and nothing to write home about. Probably would look elsewhere next time. Also, nothing was very spicy at all Thai food usually is very hot!
One of the best Thai joints in this area. Great flavors and fresh ingredients. Website is excellent for placing orders with details. We liked the Tiger Noodle and Pad See-Lew for meaty dishes. Pad Thai is very pedestrian but my daughter said it's the best she's had. I really enjoyed the coconut shrimp. PRO TIP: They have 5 levels of spicy: Mild, Medium, Hot, Very Hot, Thai XX Hot. I really like spicy food but hot is what I order. Very hot is too much for me. Check out my profile for more great eateries and cocktail bars.
My family dined here tonight and will absolutely return! Cost was about $10-$20 per person, food was exceedingly delicious and delivered swiftly by courteous staff. I had medium-spicy Pad Thai with beef and a chicken Satay appetizer with peanut sauce and an iced Thai coffee. My wife had the duck curry and my son had the clear broth noodle soup with beef. The heat on the pad Thai was perfectly paired with the tamarind sauce and everything arrived nice and hot! The portions were generous and well worth the cost; easily two meals for the price of one if you eat portions like my wife and son . 10/10, will eat here again! Regularly! Kid-friendliness: My youngest son accidentally broke a plate when the sticky rice was super-sticky and brought the plate with it. The staff was not condescending and handled the incident with professionalism and courtesy. Parking: Parking lot not too busy, mostly compact spots, however.
We had the specials... Green curry salmon and massaman curry lamb. They both were very good but neither one was medium heat as ordered. Both were very mild.Food: 4/5
A winner. *Edit+ Tried a few other Thai places around, this is the best drunken noodles in town. Need to get around to trying some of the other dishes, this one is just too good though. * Ordered one of my go-to's, drunken noodles. The spice level was perfect with what I chose the vegetables were a good texture not too hard not too soft. The sauce was nice with a strong flavor of Thai basil and ginger. The only gripe aside from the current trend of over charging for all meals out; was the raw bean sprout garnish on top which didn't seem to fit, aside from being astetically pleasing, they added no flavor value. Overall easy 5 star.
I really enjoyed my meal. I’d rate them 4.5 if I could. The noodle dishes were seasoned well and not overcooked. Curry was solid too! The fresh spring rolls were good but not great. Service was on point and very efficient.Recommended dishesDrunken Noodle, Panang Curry, Fresh Rolls
