Inside customer service was great. Outside yard customer service was terrible. No one came to help even though I was only customer at the time. When I was loading my lumber one of the yard guys started yelling at me for not waiting . I said I was waiting but the guy who was told to help me decided that strapping up lumber was more important than helping me .

A gentleman saved a commercial fan for me since there were only 2 left. I picked it up shortly after he confirmed it was in stock and he even carried it out for me. I really appreciated his help!

Ordered $1500 purchase.Purchase delivered to my home. Long box it was in was 3/4 shambled. How can they deliver an expensive item to me, when it should be in the dumpnThe item was returned
