I discovered and started seeing Colleen at Wholistic Beauty years ago, primarily for energy work. I am an avid runner and professional baker and over the years have stopped with the majority of my chiropractic/osteopath visits and go to Colleen for all body issues. She is a magic worker. She has helped me through so many physical injuries and more importantly, helps to prevent these from happening. I have a hard time trusting body work and am very protective and sensitive due to a lifetime of serious injuries and Colleen is very receptive and curtails the treatment to the individual. You are in such good hands with her. She is incredibly reasonably priced, very easy to get in to see, which is important when you are in pain! I go to see her for muscle aches, sprains and tension, headaches, injuries, energy work, anxiety care, and all over emotional and physical wellbeing. She is intuitive, educated, professional, nurturing and a true healer.

If you haven't been to wholistic beauty boutique yet, you have to go in!! Colleen knows her stuff! First of all she's incredibly sweet, but on top of that she knows all there is to know about each product she sells and the services she offers. It's my favorite place in Boise for all natural beauty and bath products!

I am a local musician bassist who suffered an injury to my elbow which caused numbness in my pinky and ring finger on my left hand, which greatly reduced my dexterity in that hand and left me unable to effectively play my instrument for 3 weeks. Being that I knew Colleen personally and was aware of her line of work, I asked her if she would be able to show me any stretches to help me heal my hand and elbow. Over the coming weeks she taught me various stretches for my back and arms. These stretches helped me not only play my bass while still recovering, but also instilled habits of being aware of and avoiding various tensions in my playing that may result in further injury in the future. 5/5 Would Recommend

They have multiple accreditations if you're the type that likes to see a piece of paper but their experience and knowledge speaks for itself. Friendly and inviting, they make their customer's satisfaction the number on priority!! Highly recommended!

To be honest, I had no clue what chakras were. I had an energy healing session with Colleen in the past and wanted to try something different. The chakra balancing included walking through the chakras using words, colors, stones and sounds. What made the biggest difference to me is I actually FELT it in my body as she talked about each chakra. Now, after years of different services, I am able to recognize what different tension and energy feels like and what to do with it. I’m thankful for her knowledge and being willing to share it!
