This is such an amazing store. And I never dreamed it would be so easy to return something to amazon. This facility has got everything set up to drop it right off and tend to your shopping. One more thing that was surprising is the fact that their prices were great I figured it was going to be way above the standard grocery store when it came to price points. If you're visiting this area this is a great store to go to.
My review is specifically for Ed Cashier extraordinaire. He went out of his way to bring arugula to my car after I had a bad experience with the vegetable man. He was kind, attentive and I felt both seen and heard.nEven though it is a large chain, there are still kind people who work there to make sure the experience is a really good one. Thank you Ed!!
I’ve never had recycling refused due to the bottles not being rinsed out well enough. Just to be clear, they were rinsed out with very little residue. With the 5$ per bottle deposit and the amount of people in this store doing very little you’d think they would prioritize customer service and just take care of it. Sarah at the customer service desk does not belong in customer service.
I've been a WF customer for many years, and of this store for 15+. I appreciate the staff, quality, and selection most of the time. The sales are always something I keep an eye on, and love the 50% department sales.nThings that drive me nuts:nSelf-checkout as the only option at times. While I am fine using it at times, I do not like self checking a big ole order of produce and having to call someone over for sales. It feels like I am working for free and at times see mom's with littles or older folks struggling with the ordeal - because self checkout of more than a handful of items can be an ordeal.nDeli. Sometimes there are people hard at work back there, but part of their work seems to be intentionally avoiding customers. Standing there without even an acknowledgement is annoying and, frankly, rude. I especially found the time when I was diligently waiting forever then finally told the deli was close - this was around 4pm so not in the just before close time.nStocking. Sometimes, especially in produce, there can be very slim pickings. I get it when there are storms and such to delay travel to CO, but when it seems to be regularly happening it is frustrating.
They are not letting people know that Apeel is on the products I bought a fresh watermelon and I started cutting it open the next morning and it was petrified gelatinous. It looked like a perfectly fine watermelon, but it was Jell-O texture and then I go to scrape the rind and plastic comes off. I called customer service to let them know and they did not care so if they’re putting chemicals on organic foods probably not a good place to get produce.
