Prices are woof, quality is mixed. The plan: shop here before other grocery stores to see what a good price and build your meals around those items. Best items to buy here: cheese, nuts, lunch meats, wine, berries, dry goods. Here and there, there are good deals in the freezer section, snacks, some specific meats, and beverages. With some exceptions, I avoid much of the fresh items including fish, fresh packed meats, and produce all of which can be hit or miss
It's a good place to shop always has different things with good prices. But every time I go in one of the employees glares at me so I just get in and out avoiding him.
I am not at all happy with three of the products I recently purchased from here. The large bag of organic tropical frozen fruit had small pieces of plastic in it and I had to throw it out. The organic coconut water had mold spores growing in it. Thank goodness I noticed it floating in my glass before I took a sip. And last but not least, the bunch of partially green bananas never ripened. This is the second time this has happened. Needless to say, I will no longer purchase any food items from Grocery Outlet again!
We have always liked Grocery Outlet. Bend grocery outlet did not disappoint. Big store. Wide open aisles. Great meet, produce and beer/wine selection. Was Covid safe and the workers were friendly and respectful. We recommend this store!
Always has reasonably price items. I like to stop in GO to see what they have. Especially when I am out of town or in new cities. I like to shop local and family owned stores.
