Had one of their techs assigned by my home warranty company American Home Shield to repair a gas leak. This is their handiwork. It's also worth noting that you will likely be on hold for quite some time if you call them and don't bother leaving a message because they won't respond.
They earned a negative ten stars. What a mess. They took 1 month to complete the job. 3 missed appointments, where my wife had to take the day off and wait at the house all day. Blamed it on the home warranty company American Home Shield. Told me the job required modifications to install a kitchen sink faucet, and that I had to pay for it. After me telling them that I needed an explanation they told me they used the wrong words to describe the work yes it was a standard install. Tried to cancel them and have someone else do the job but AHS refused to change the vendor. Needless to say I canceled AHS and will never let these incompetent people in my home again. Oh and the technician hit my house with his van and said nothing. The worst outfit I’ve ever dealt with
