Jeremy and Barry came by to install my new furnace and A/C today, and they did a fantastic job! It was a big job but they were on time, worked all day and didn't leave until the job was done and the place was cleaned up. The took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. They also did a little extra to help prep me for a future humidifier which was great. Steve, the sales rep that set this all up was also great. He worked with us and didnt mind our back and forth style to make sure we could fit our needs and budget. He set up the energy audit for us and had them show up just before the install to make sure we are set up for any rebates. Overall, the whole team had a great attitude and worked hard to get our heat back on. Definitely would recommend!

Omar and Milton were great. Respectful on the cleanliness of my home, careful to clean up after the construction, very positive and informative of all that was being installed. They made sure I understood how to operate everything, and gave advice on best ways to use the efficiency of the new thermostat. They kept working outside in teaming rain and still had smiles on their faces. Very knowledgeable and a delight to have working on my home. Now I've dealt with Jordan, Nathan and Jason on various things like duct cleaning, furnace and a/c inspections and maintenance. Even looking at HVAC before I even bought the house! Really impressive attitudes and knowledge. Nathan even taught the house inspector a thing or a few!

Brandon Inch recently did the winter tune up on my furnace and did an outstanding job. He thoroughly checked every possible thing... including checking the outside exhaust pipe and checking the humidifier pad and air filter. Since I also rent my water heater from Roy Inch (a decision I have never regretted) he also checked that out while doing the furnace. Once he was finished he quickly ran through all the checks and tests he had done with me, explaining the purpose of each as he went along. Everything he did was professional and instilled my confidence in him and the company. Exceptional work from a company I have grown to trust with all my HVAC needs :-)

I recently conducted business with Roy Inch & Son for the installation of an A/A heat pump . From the very first consultation with Steve Gilbert to the finished job , every was done in a professional manner. All details and costs were accounted for in the initial quote , no surprises. Mat and Sean, the service technicians/installers did an outstanding job. Their contract electrician was a pleasure to deal with. Both were very cordial and polite when answering my many questions. Their attention to detail and their desire to do the best job they could do in what were sometimes difficult circumstances is admirable. Unfortunately most people do not realize that working in the trades is a demanding job, sometimes without appreciation. Roy Inch & Son has done work for me before, that is why I am a happy customer. Many thanks to all involved.

Have dealt with Roy Inch & Sons for many years. They are always totally professional, explain things thoroughly and don't try to sell you things you don't need. The have earned my trust over the years. My most recent experience was for my scheduled Fall maintenance. The technician Jesse called when he was on his way, arrived on time, polite and professional and explained what he did during his maintenance call. Good job Jesse!
