I am a regular here. The prices are reasonable and the quality is well above average at Whitespot. Service is fast even when they are busy. On weekends mornings and early dinner 4 to 7 pm is their busy time. They have a carhop section at this location with is worth a try if you haven't. I like to come here during Mondays because it's slow so, your order doesn't take much time to wait. The food are good. Bottomless soft drink and fries. Friendly waitresses.
Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food! This is a family restaurant, I would listen to the music you play in the restaurant as some of the songs that I heard playing had swear words in them. But still love white spot.
The place is cozy: simple, yet nice interior with lots of warm and natural colors. Burgers are nice: tasty meat, perfect cheese you can add some, sweet buns. Loved the pickles. Staff were also lovely, gave me some useful recommendations and were nice and helpful. Highly recommend
Is good quiet spot for brunch. Staff was great but they were definitely short people for the number of customers.
I'm really disliking this place. The last time I ordered, they missed 2 items out of my order, which I had to take a 40 min detour out of my way to come back and pickup. They offered me a free ice cream as "gratitude". Fast forward to today, paid a $100 order and even paid for delivery because we wanted milkshakes. Open the bags and find once again, we were missing 1 fries and our western plate side addon that we paid extra for. Also, the brownies we ordered looked like they literally did the ice cream like 30 min before the rest of the meal was done... because it was the only thing melted and dried out everything else was hot and the milkshakes survived the 5 minute drive... but apparently whoever packed this order didn't really care about the dessert. So not only were we out $10 worth of food, the brownie was disappointing... I called and complained and they wanted me to take the trip out 40min again to "discuss" it. Like come on, 2/2 orders your workers can't get it right, and your dine in isn't better either... see below Never coming to this location again. Original Review 3 years ago:: Gone to this place many times over the years and never had an issue until last night where my waitress was rude, left our food in the warmer for a long time, disappeared on break and no one checked on us for over 25 minutes. It would of been a bad expierence except the older asian manager I didn't get his name listened to our complaints and made it more than right. Thank you for your kindness in dealing with the matter and we will try again.
There is a large waiting area with seats in case the restaurant is full. The front staff and server were courteous and polite. Food tasted great - tasted fresh and homemade. Vegetarian options available if needed. The restaurant is good for a breakfast or lunch gathering. The restaurant is located at a convenient location near Lougheed town station. They have a pretty big parking lot just for their customers. Outdoor patio seating is available if you want to sit outdoors.
Friendly waitress, good beer, fries, veggies and ok steak. I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant though. It was a little more expensive than what I would have expected for what you get, but still ok.
This location was much better than the last. There was a wait time. Once we were seated the waitress was there quickly to take out drinks orders. They were given to us in a timely manner. Our food orders were then taken. Again those items were delivered in a timely manner. This location was as expected from White Spot. Thank you.Food: 5/5
Not a great selection of vegan food even though they advertise it. The only options are 2 types of fries without the dips, a chicken bowl without chicken, or the impossible burger made dry. If a restaurant advertises vegan options, it would be nice to have sauces and dips or protein included because it still costs the same but we get less. Our server was amazing though and handled our group that included a 6 year old and baby amazingly. All of our groups food was overdone and the drinks were average, but even though the food wasn't the best, our server was really awesome and totally made up for it.
