White Spot

This is from two weeks ago: Ordered fish tacos... The fish pieces were coated in two inches of hard, dark brown (seriously dark and oily batter) which is a sign that they aren't changing the oil frequently in their fryers. The cilantro that was added to the plate for presentation was wilted and yellow... the lime wedge was old and dry as well. The chips (fries) were dark brown (again, old fryer oil). I asked for the manager, and he was shocked to see the emberassing dish the kitchen sent out. He was super apologetic and offered a voucher which I appreciated. I could then hear him shaming the kitchen which was positive to hear and see. The other people in my party had salads that were acceptable, but not the best. Just my experience, and hopefully positive changes have been made so your experience will be better.

O would give it a 4 but for the smell of urine in the washroom at this location. It is over powering. White Spots are what they profess to be, a moderately priced place with feel good food. There are consistently some thing not quite right but not enough not to go back. It is one of comfort food places.

Had breakfast here with my family. It’s pretty decent breakfast actually. I believe it’s better than IHOP or that generic breakfast. Service is attentive and we enjoyed our time there for a Saturday morning.

Lot of parking.... Staff are very helpful.... Eaten at a few White spots around the lower mainland and this on on North Road seems to be one of the better ones. Food is fresh and staff are better trained. I recommend the $4 drink specials and $6 appetizer specials. Also if you don't feel like being in public I highly recommend the I car service available in the back lot. It is fast and friendly.

Great quality for the price! Classic western food and classic burgers. The atmosphere is a little more aged for a White Spot. Overall good for a family meal.
