I saw most customers are Indian, good sign for real good food, it is true. Lamb, fish rice, naan are very good, but butter chicken was not good at all, terrible taste
definitely one of the best places for Indian food. Had all sorts of dishes and they all tasted absolutely amazing. will be my go to spot here on out for sure.

Good food, but avoid the calamari. I hate when restaurants decide to do their 'own version' of a food that you expect to come a certain way. When I opened my calamari takeout, I thought they accidentally gave me onion rings. Massive calamari rings, heavily breaded in a crispy, crunchy breading so thick, that there was more breading than calamari. The calamari itself was stringy and thin. No tentacles. Calamari should be mini squid, sliced into bite sized pieces, rings and tentacles, tossed simply in flour, deep fried ~1 minute. At least, that's how 95% of restaurants do it. This version is just terrible. I still give a 4 star though because their other food is always good... But wow that was a bad calamari. I recommend the owner go try out some calamari appetizers at nearby restaurants if he/she wants a better idea of what locals expect from a calamari order. At least upload a picture to uber eats so we know what we're getting.
Wonderful lunch special, where you can choose whatever meal you want from their extensive menu. We had chicken jalfrezi and palak chicken. Both were fresh and flavorful and with the right level of spice. The perfect amount of food, the naan was hot and the dessert was delicious. Service was very good. The restaurant is small but comfortable. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely excellent food! My wife and I dropped in on a rainy winter day for a late lunch and ordered non-veg selections with their lunch special. The portions were perfect size and positively scrumptious. Thank goodness for the big basket of nana that they provided to help us mop up every last morsel. Spartan but comfortable setting; and friendly, efficient service. We'll look for an excuse to return.
This place has become my favorite spot everytime I crave for some home food. Great staff with engaging nature. Always happy to comeback here over and over again. Highly recommended…… Happy dining!!!!
This is our favourite Indian restaurant in white Rock! The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic flavours and spices. The Garlic naan was done to perfection - crispy, light and so flavoursome! Very good portion size and super fast service! Also priced reasonably! They are the best!Food: 5/5
Excellent and very tasty food! Great lunch special too. Love the lamb dishes rogan josh and vindaloo are my favourites and the tandoori chicken is not dry like other places. Yummy chai! Jaspal is kind and I would definitely recommend this place : Vegetarian options: They seem to offer a lot of vegetarian options! Parking: Street parking and parking lot around back.
Wow ! I can’t say enough great things about this place - outstanding food & service, This is our go-to whenever we are in or around white rock, hands-down! My wife is picky about Indian cuisine but she liked all the dishes we ordered. Naan Breads were soft & delicious. They were definitely following Covid rules...wearing masks, everyone was distanced. It was a real pleasure to eat there.
