Liked the location of this restaurant, staff was really friendly and polite. Ambience was good to, has lots of space inside as well as a patio. We went twice and had live music. Food was okay, but portions were good. I would say a bit on expensive side but that is a price for the location I guess. Overall a good experience.
Great food, friendly service and a lovely location by the beach make this a great choice for a snack or something more substantial. I have already recommended another chaat house in this neighbourhood and I feel strongly that they both deserve 5 stars and that both deserve your business!
Overall it’s a nice place and they have authentic food. I recently visit Indian chaat house and ordered Chalo ticky, Pani Puri,Chole Bhature and Somosa. Except Somosa everything was good. Chole ticky was the best of all. Also, their service is also really great. I love the way they were serving the food in a order so that you can eat it hot.
Never had worse experience than this one. First of all, no cutlery was given until the end of meal and that too we asked for it. The appetizers took 40 min to arrive and they served the main course first does it make sense? moreover neither they came to check on anything nor listened to our request. Also, we requested to get a table inside since it was cold and they didn’t consider it even though there were some tables empty on the lounge side. Above all, the food had no taste, their noodle burger had noodles with no taste, an aloo patty loaded with oil and a piece of lettuce. At least there should be a toasted bun. A bread jam combo would have been a better option than this.
Dahi Papdi Chat was delicious and tasty. We tried Paav Bhaji and Noodles Spring Roll too. Paav Bhai was OKAY, Spring Roll was not even worth ordering. There is a live Bollywood singing too, ambience is good.
Chaat House was great, the food was amazing, the staff was great. I highly recommend it. We had Chole Batura, Soy faux chicken, Chaat Papdi, and Pakoras. All were top shelf. Also the view from outside was nice.
Food was excellent and staff very friendly. First time dinning here, highly recommend coming! Portion sizes were plenty and food was full of flavour!
I was attracted by their location and the photo of chole bhature. I ordered their faluda. Chole bhature was good. However, the faluda was not that special. I have to give a good marks for their patio decorations. Finally, their staffs were nice. Tara served me. I am really pleased with her service and appearance.
We ordered Chowmein and manchurian mix and chole bhature. There was an issue with both the dishes. Chowmien was very bland and basically was tasteless so we called the server and mentioned this to her. She said that she will talk to the chef and get another freshly made. And for the chole bhature after about 30mins we again called the server to ask what happen to the dish. This time she said that they had some issue with the bharure in the kitchen and will not be able to serve us his dish and asked us to choose something else from the menu. I had this question for them as to why I had to call them and ask about the dish? We decided to get amritasari mixed kulcha. This time the food tasted good and they apologized for the mistakes. But we were hoping that they would atleast take one item of off our bill or offer us a dessert. Nevertheless I would recommend the place for its food if they serve right and with less wait time.
Good food. We tried Chaat, Pav Bhaj, Chowmein, Manchurian, Mixed Amritsari Kulcha. Everything was fresh with a decent taste!
