White Oak Inn & Suites

We stayed here on the date of 10-1-2017 the lady who checked us in was very friendly and I thought this was going to be a great stay until night shift arrived. We went into the pool with two kids late in the night when the lady came into the pool area to let us know the pool was closed she came in very rude made all of us very uncomfortable my 10 year old son was in the bathroom so we were waiting for him to be done standing by the door she then goes up to the door and tries to open the door very rudely and angerly I then said my son is in there she never appolagized for trying to bust down the door with my child in there and the whole time she was making dramatic sounds like we destroyed her day this happened at 11:11pm if it wasn't for this lady I feel my experience would have been different but being guest service is a high importance to me I have to give the lowest rating

Pros: Ample truck/rv/trailer parking. Right next door to a nice Cenex station with diesel island and DEF at the pumps. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nicer amenities than some of the big chain hotels. Microwave/fridge/coffee in room. Newer wall climate control units make it easy to keep the rooms right at the temp you prefer. Cons: Could use a little updating, mainly the archaic televisions in the rooms. Beds/pillows not the most comfortable but not the worst I've seen either.

I enjoyed the clean, spacious room with higher than average ceiling height and a large window. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Overall, the place is clean and well kept. The hot tub was relaxing. The free breakfast was as good as your typical continental breakfast. I also enjoyed the restaurant next door.

Good rooms great service stay here every year I come up. Looks like a previous people here had kids that drew on a wall but other than that they could upgrade the tv's the tube tv makes this hotel look old.
