Great service, great food! I eat in mostly but sometimes do takeout and both experiences are great! Whenever I sit down the waitress remembers what I have ordered in the past food wise and drink as well as my husband and father in law. The food is always great tasting, the veggies fresh. It's a wonderful experience overall!

I gave this place 2 different chances. In my 39 years, different cities, I've never experienced such careless Asians in an establishment. This was very sloppy and I believe they have an issue with people of color. I will NEVER spend another penny in this place and neither should any other African American.

Only been here one time and had one item but was happy with what we ordered it was cheap and there was a plenty amount would definitely come again

The food is good - the broth is delicious. The prices are good. Customer service can improve a bit. They always seem mad or having a bad day, even after a big tip was left, there wasn’t a hint of smile. Every time we come we try to make them smile - and all fails. I challenge you to make them smile next time you’re there ;

Best pho  in everett and amazing spring rolls for super cheap and they even have phad Thai and other Asian cuisine, but not only that they have great service. Every time I can gone the daughter remember our order and confirms we want the spring rolls and it’s out in seconds or a couple minutes depending on the how busy they are.

Nice Vietnamese restaurant and I loved the fried Tofu!

this place has a tendency to serve food with missing ingredients and not tell customer.  I have notice a trend and the menu is not accurate.  owner very rude.

White Lotus is my go to spot for Vietnamese food in Everett. This small restaurant offers good food at a good price. They have all the staples fresh rolls, Pho, lemon grass  and bubble tea as well.
