Think this is a newer item on the menu the Pink Panther. Which is a Chicken & veggies brazed in red wine some roasted carrots. Some cooked spinach and a Japanese style Scotch egg. Liked it. Always like the variety and quality of ingredients in the dishes here. The broth with this dish was notably rich, like lips sticking, quickly developed a skin rich. I couldn't finish and the leftovers set up like jello it was that rich. It says it comes with shoyu broth but it was actually a little bland for me and added a little Johnny's seasoning and it brightened it up. Am wondering if something got missed in my dish that night but I'd get it again. Very few place make their broth that rich.
Two great experiences and one poor. The first two times the bowls was full of great tasting powerfully flavourful ingredients. Fresh and very tasty! Tonight's experience 7/30/21 there was a different cook than normal. Didn't look at the food until back at home. Opened the bowl and found a measly half filled bowl. Hardly any noodles or sauce. Perhaps the fat rice noodles are served at a smaller portions? Yet for a $14 build a bowl I expect a full meal! I'd like to post a better review but I'm disappointed with lack of consistency.
When you're up north, I highly recommend checking out Noodle Nation @noodle.nation.everett , in North Everett, WA. They are this tiny shop, next to a gas station and they offer some seriously yummy eats! They have noodle bowls, make your own bowls, burgers and a rotation of new offerings! I got their Passion Fruit Tea, Bahn Mi with beef, Afro Bowl with udon noodles, PORK BELLAYYY, greens, a fried egg and I added a scotch egg, just to be extra!. Their head chef also hooked a sista up, with a sampler Pork Belly Slider and I'm living, for all that flavor explosion!!! I cannot wait, to go back and try more! Thanks y'all! xx
Super good! Ordered the Afro Samurai which has pork belly and a fried egg. The noodles are fresh and tasty! They offer additional sauces as well. I tried the banana pepper and the chimichurri. Def will go back!
The banh mi and Korean corn dog are incredible. The banh me is packed with delicious veggies, chunks of steak and topped with a delicious sauce. It can easily feed two people. Chimichurri side sauce is amazing too! Can't wait to try more off the menu.
Tiny place that we picked up our food to go & ended up eating it in the parking lot because it smelled just.that.damned.good! The Dirty South was so good & unexpected! No photos of the Dan-Dan Noodles because the aroma was only surpassed by its quality flavor! Glad we got a side of the Jerk Chicken so everyone could try some!
Fantastic! Amazing flavors. Our group of 4 loved every bite. We tried KGB, Cheung Li, Tokyo Drift, and Dirty South and all were great. The Dirty South was spicy and amazing and the broth was good enough to drink on its own. The jerk chicken was on point. The lamb in the KGB was flavorful. We walked away full and happy and will definitely be back!
Good quality ingredients with options to make it your own way, excellent casual and small environment for brief dining or comfortable take out. Even if you don't like something it's still good! I tried the Ramen, not exactly my flavor favorite but kept eating for the good food. Looking forward to trying my own pick next time.
Quick bites, fair prices, and friendly personal service. Food was tasty and unique! My only recommendation is to have other sweetener options for the Thai tea. While oat milk is more healthy the fat in sweetened condensed milk really brings out the flavor of the tea. Definitely will be back next time I'm in town!
The food is amazing. I've had the Dirty South bowl and the Port Burger, not at the same time, the burger is big, messy and filling. The bowl has amazing flavors, coconut-cajun spinach, fried okra, perfect bowl of fusion noodle soup
