Had the 1921 meal, it was good, definitely tastes better than the white castle burger, but couldn't eat them on a regular basis. I was craving the white castle taste and was slightly let down. The wait was crazy long as usual.
Flew in from Georgia around 10pm and my 1st stop is always at the Castle. Any castle. But this castle was the freshest burger I've had ever. Bread soft and fries hot. Loved it. ThanksFood: 5/5
I don't know the location, but they didn't get our order right at all. Besides our order, we ordered 2 extra burgers on the side. When we opened the bag, there weren't 2 burgers, there wasn't even 1. There were 2 fries in the bag. The buns weren't fresh, they were stiff. I never had stiff buns from them before. The sandwich itself was a little warm, but cold at the same time from the condiments.
The drive through is usually long due to the very slow service. Going on the inside does not guarantee faster service either. The food is also not fresh considering the long wait. I recorded a burger where the onions had a distinct flavor of rotten eggs. I only get cheese sticks from them now if I must satisfy my craving. Or instead of taking 2 minutes to drive to White Castles I'll travel farther from home
I love White Castle but this location sucks only because of the employees. They seem like they don't care about looking or acting halfway like they want to be there. Rarely do they get my order right and whenever I don't check my order before leaving, it's normally wrong. And not wrong as in I got the wrong soda. But wrong as in some items missing from my order. This location is the closest to my house so this is the one I frequent. Just yesterday I asked for an Alaskan Pollock slider, and the man said they were out. Then asked me twice what I said. Then asked me "what is that ". How do you know you're out of something if you don't even know what I'm talking about??!! I'm reading off the menu, I'm not making this stuff up. Anyway, whether there's one person in line or 5 you'll have a very long wait then having to deal with workers with bad attitudes doesn't help. Only come to this location if you have no other alternative.
Terrible service from beginning to end. You wait for 5 minutes minium to have your order taking in the drive through with no one else at the store. Then it's 15 minutes to get your order. Your lucky if it's correct or hot
Today September 13th 626pm I experienced the worst customer service at this location. The food looked old the fries were dark and hard. I had already waited 7 minutes at the drive thru window before someone even answered to take my order then it’s poorly made and thrown in a bag! I never try to stop at this location because of the ignorant kids that work there. The cashier was rude the service was poor and the management is nonexistent. Just keep going it’s no need to stop here just starve
I got nothing on my burgers when I ordered everything. The cook would be able to get orders more accurate if he would stop playing with his cell phone.
White Castle never disappoints me. My orders are always right and fresh... One of my favorite places at eat Food: 5/5
They are busy but the line flows w patience. Food is always fresh! I always check my bag however they always get my orders right!Food: 5/5
