The staff is usually really nice. It has often been an easy go but the last two times we've gone, they gave us the smallest amount of Mac n cheese possible. I paid did a bowl and got only about an ice cream scoop in the bottom of the cup. Really disappointing.
Came at 7 on a Saturday night and I was happy that for once they didn’t have a line. Got up to the speaker and they claimed to not have any of the sandwiches that I originally planned to order. Got up to the the window and the cashier was laughing and joking around with the people in the back. Ordered shakes and they were half full- not to mention it wasn’t the flavor I wanted- they were sold out of that too apparently. I’m officially done with this location. This is my 3rd time coming up here receiving bad service.
I always get the Apple Walnut... Double chicken... The bowl of pot pie and bowl of broccoli and cheddar is always a hit.Food: 5/5
Terrible. Came via drive through. Told to pull up around to the parking lot. Waited there for over 7 minutes. Then got home and one my 5 sandwiches were missing. Call to inform them. Selected 0. The phone rang numerous times, then received recording stating no one's available to answer and told "goodbye" what do I do to be accounted for this bad experience?
I came to the drive-thru around 8:30pm and the people here told me “they were about to close so order quick” then switched up and said they were closed and couldn’t serve anymore,I found out they close at 11pm. They were so disrespectful for no reason and the girl was sneak laughing as we left the drive thru; so now we’re in the parking lot looking for other places to eat and then we watched them take care of other people that came thru so they’re completely unprofessional over there to say the least.
I checked off that I did not want meatballs or capicola and they still put it on there!!!! This same location made the same mistake several times when I went through the drive-through smh!!!!! When I have to pick off stuff that I didn’t ask for on the sandwich I’m also pulling off the sauce making my sandwich dry!!!! Please train workers to follow notes!!!! Reading is essential to get the job done right!!!!!
This is supposed to be a tuna sandwich, but it looks like I have a Mayo sandwich with tuna. I asked for light Mayo. However, I took a look at my drive thru print out on the bag, unfortunately, when I got home, and it doesn’t say light Mayo. Also, even if I didn’t ask for light Mayo, there is no way this sandwich should look like this. This is the worst tuna sandwich I have ever had from a Potbelly’s Sandwich Shop.
This was absolutely horrible I got a cup of Mac and cheese that was so dry and I got a bowl of broccoli and cheddar with salad bacon and they gave me a cup of broccoli instead of a bowl and the soup looks and tasted old! This is by far the worst potbelly I’ve ever been too and the staff is rude and they don’t answer the phone.
Had to repeat my order 3 times....they didn't have the cookie shake at 2pm ?....and my side of peppers weren't put in the bag...and a lady was standing by my window .....scared the heebees jeepers out of me.Food: 3/5
Asked for a Mediterranean with no hot peppers or cucumbers. Well my mouth was on fire because it had hot peppers on it and sure enough cucumbers. Come on young people!!! This isn't fine dining but at least get the sandwich right a little.
