Some of the reviews here are exaggerated. I've used White Cab several times and very rarely had a grumpy driver or obnoxious music of any kind. Of course different drivers have different personalities and not all are going to jell with yours. Whenever I call I get answered lightning fast and usually a cab arrives before I ever make it to my front door! To go a short distance it's pretty reasonable and they take debit and Visa if you don't have cash on you. My only complaint is with the running of the business itself. A number of their drivers have told me that they aren't making much money doing this and why is because there is no law limiting the amount of cabs they can have on the road in Moncton, so White Cab hires way more than they need to. If you're ever out late you'll see cabs driving down all the backstreets, tons of them! No one else is even around, so It's like something out of a satire. I feel sorry for the drivers who have to deal with the public and handle stressful roads multiple hours a day for so little money. It's not right that White Cab takes advantage of their drivers like this. The town should do something.

Driver almost rear ended a vehicle . Called dispatch, they dont really care. In moncton area this services is garbage. They dont care about you, so please seak alternative.

Called ordered a cab, was told it was “on the way.” Ten minutes later when there was still no cab I called back to check to see how much longer it should be. I was told that my order hadn’t even been recorded. :|

Cabs are dirty and the drivers play rap music I have noticed a decline in cleanliness and professionalism in White Taxi over the past year. I am considering getting a rental car instead using a taxi service in Moncton.
