Absolute worse service ! Caught the driver digging through my bag while running into my apartment to get my bank card! I thought it was nice that Moncton finally had a safer way to use taxis but he was some ignorant. Never again.

I would like to thank Taxi Direct, this young Moncton-area taxi company that has been there for only 2 years, but continues to offer extraordinary and modern service, despite the lies and fictitious negative reviews written at the request of competing taxi companies from Moncton in order to damage Taxi Direct's reputation. I needed a service to drive my daughter back and forth to work each day while I was away on business. The app was very easy to use, I could program my payment information in so I didn't have to leave my CC with my daughter. Very happy this service is available in Moncton. Driver was very friendly and punctual. Thank you! :)

The driver I had was very polite and nice to me. They also did not make me wait for a taxi or take too long to get to my destination. I greatly recommend their services if you are looking for one.
