Terrible front desk staff, negligent doctor on-staff. Twice booked appointments in the past with appointment card from front staff, only to come in for the appointment to tell me there is no such thing. Constantly losing test results, also left personal and sensitive health information on a voicemail on my parents answering machine. Chow will not note refusals to refer to specialists in chart, among other terrible medical decisions. So happy to have moved and found a competent doctor who is eager to help his patients.

Dr. Egolf has been my GP ever since I was young and has always had the most wonderful care and attentiveness to all medical needs. He listens and hears any concern you might have. Here's a big thank you for over 25 years of care Whatcom Medical!

Such a good practice! I see Dr. Milne and I couldn't be happier to have a doctor like him. I trust him completely. Dr Milne provides to highest standard of care. I've also seen a lady doctor there, I think it was dr. Chin? I might have that wrong but she was also wonderful very genuine and knew what she was talking about. So glad my husband and I are patients here.
