Receptionist are very rude here and Dr.Vrabec himself doesn’t take things serious my issue was not taken serious at all by him & was very rushy when I called after waiting for this appointment for 8 months was a 2 min phone call because it had to be. Call ended by him saying so have that ok and click it hung up very unprofessional I had more questions I wanted to asked so called back and they said you will have to re book a appointment and could take 3 months I said but I was just speaking with him and it hung up? They replied that’s the way it works I rarley leave reviews unless needed and I feel this should be shared for anyone thinking of going here

My experience with Dr Vrabec in dealing with a recent cancer scare has been nothing but positive. Yes, he is very busy and doesn't have time for a lot of idle chat, but in terms of how he addressed my very concerning situation, I couldn't be happier. His staff work hard to manage his busy schedule and will always advise if he is running behind, if you take the time to call ahead.

Such a good doctor! Yes, the wait time is long, but both receptionists kept me updated on wait times throughout the morning until it was okay for me to come in when there were only two more patients left ahead of me. So, even though my appointment was for 10 and I didn’t get in until noon, I was kept well informed of the wait time and updated regularly. When I finally went in, I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being called back, and then I waited less than 5 minutes for Dr. V. to actually come in! He was such a good doctor! Very thorough and very knowledgeable and did not rush at all. If you’ve got time to go and see him, it is definitely worth the wait! Receptionists were also both great and very professional!

They are not on time and perfetional we seating for 3 hours extra and they try to say seat , wait and quiet this is not fair because they are Spicialist do this to the people and we have to seat and quiet when the doctor and staff not organized how we can test them to help us .

Dr. Vrabec is a fantastic Urologist. His office is busy, but i believe this is because he always takes the time to answer patient questions. His staff are also very helpful and respectful.

Dr Vrabec is a talented surgeon and exceptional doctor. He treated my dads bladder cancer and performed his very complicated stoma surgery. Is he crazy busy, yup, cause he is good. I think people are being referred to him for things they really shouldn't be referred to him for, hence the busyness. Or perhaps it is because he is in emergency surgery etc. People need to realize that sometimes there are people in more need than yourself. If you have a life or death situation or a complicated surgery, you'd want him. Does he have the best bedside manner, probably not, but if I want someone to save my life I don't need them to wipe my tears.

Doctor G Vrabec did my surgery. Doctor is Very Nice Very Noble And perfect in his job . I wish from Almighty the choiest blessings for him

If you want your ego stroked go somewhere else. If you want the best Urologist, you've come to the right place, but be prepared to wait. He's on call at emergency, has surgery, patients to visit in hospital plus other duties. He's the reason I'm still alive, but still I call before going to his appointments.

My husband had an appt at this office. They say to call 1 hour before your appt. the first time he waited sooo long that he rescheduled for an early morning appt. his appt was today at 9:05 am. We called at 8 am. We were told that he was already running 1/2 hour behind so come at 9:30. OMG. How are you running 1/2 hr late as soon as your doors open for business??? Anyway, we arrived at 9:20 to a packed waiting room. The receptionist said there were 3 people in front of us. My husband works full time and cannot sit and wait for an overbooked doctor. We will go somewhere else! Also, the front office staff have a “I don’t really care if you leave” attitude. Our time matters as much as this doctors does. Very disappointing

zero stars. Staff is rude, Dr Vabrec is over booked all the time so expect long waits and rude service. The Dr is well practiced in his routine, speaks like a robot and is too quick to get you out of his room, probably because his waiting room is packed full of people who need help. I would look else where for a good physician. This guy needs to cut his business in half and stop booking appointments on his on call days.
