I went during the week between lunch and dinner... had the liver and onions. Good food. Good service. Decent prices. If you are looking for casual dining in a pub atmosphere I would recommend giving this establishment a try

Good food and an environment of a tradicional English/Irish pub... Can you ask for more? Oh yeah! Cold beer, then you found the right place. I love the trivia cards on each table. They used to organize events on trivia and other bar games. Just not sure if they still do.

The food was excellent although we waited for our meals longer than expected. The pub has tournament league poker on Mondays and Thursday in the back area. They were definitely having a good time back there. The front tables and upper booths only had 3 other couples tonight besides us. I would certainly recommend this place for the food but not the atmosphere during poker night. The restaurant has a new menu and chef.

Had a lunch during the week at 12 noon good number of people but not crazy loud. Good place to meet friends for lunch a brew and good conversation. Food (Fish & Chips) was good and came in good time. No pressure to leave when were done. Attentive but not intrusive service.

Once was one of the better pubs in Kitchener. It seems like it's under new management and has fallen off. If you looking for a pub in Kitchener then go to mcabes .
