Super amazed by truly how caring and awesome the staff is! I walked in looking for a rental in the area with my husband and was extremely pleased with how knowledgeable and insightful the staff is. The receptionist Lorraine is extremely friendly and bubbly, there were 2 agents in the office (Manny and Adam) who both helped me not only learn more about the area, but were able to give me the inside information to each building which was a HUGE benefit for deciding which building my husband and I wanted to live in. I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy/rent/sell their condo in the Humber Bay Shores area and around the GTA!

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. WORST realty agents EVERR. They are least bothered about their properties and clients. They(agent Laureen) cancelled on me twice, stating the condo has been already leased out. All, after even booking and confirming a viewing time the next day; and then cancelling it w/o any chill. Some agents, like the head broker Luke doesn't even bother to call you back even when you as the client has to call almost everyday, just to get a hold of him. Really piss poor service, and the staff are SUPER arrogant and rude. NEVER EVER recommend this a choice of Realty agency to seek help/ buy/rent properties from !!! Phony Scammers !

Some of the most knowledgeable, caring and respectful staff I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either rent or purchase a condo in Toronto.

One of the worst realtor companies out there. Very poor attitude by staff. Lackluster performance and no motivation to show properties. Worst company ever. Pls avoid them at all cost !
