I was very satisfied with the service I received from Euginia. Her professionalism is outstanding, no pressure, very valuable advice, all questions answered and more important money was saved. Eugenia, the owner, is a very hands-on proffessional with a lot of experience. She is very patient and pays a great deal of attention to detail. I would readily recommend her to anybody. Me and many of my friends have bought, sold or rented using her services.

ATV were taking care of my rental property in Toronto for more than a year. I would like to express sincere gratitude for taking care of a "force majeure" situation, when the heater blew up in the middle of the winter and ATV were able to address to the situation with care and in an extremely timely manner, dispite the fact that this was in the middle of the X-mass holidays.
