Westside Drainage

Great service from Carlo today inspecting my drainage system. He took the time and patience to explain how the system works, what needs to be fixed and how to go about it in the most cost effective manner. I would not hesitate in referring him to those I know.

They don't use a receptionist but the owner or the manager answers phone calls himself. He is cranky, rude and condescending. He won't let you ask any questions, will make sure you know you are a bother. He will let you know that he is busy and too busy to talk so you. Too busy to do anything for you. Too busy to schedule anything.

For any drain tile issues, Carlo is very professional, responsive, courteous and offers least cost solutions. I would highly recommend him.
