I'm amazed that the reviews are so bad! As part of a "Prestige Plan" I can only offer a review of that aspect of the business and it is excellent. Dr Goldenberg and the staff are friendly, efficient and always extremely helpful. I have recommended many friends and business associates to this office and every single one has thanked me profusely. There is no better place in my opinion

There is an older male doctor there that makes me so uncomfortable, that I will not go there again. He told me it was 'nice to see a woman in a skirt'. He also on two occasions has referred to my partner as my husband when I have been very clear my partner is female. His bedside manner is creepy at best. I will not use this clinic again.

I spent less than 45mn in the clinic, which I think is great for a clinique sans rdv. Both the receptionist and the nurse were very nice. Dr Rebecca Keyston was very nice and helpful, and I didn't pay anything. I was very happy with my experience.

Make sure they give you a physical exam. I saw two doctors; they asked for my symptoms, and I told them what I thought was going on, but not one of them gave me a physical exam. I waited for 7 hours, and at the end of it, I was sent home with the advice to take some Pepto Bismal. Luckily, my family doctor could see me the next morning, and within 5 minutes diagnosed me with shingles. Shingles must be treated within the first 72 hours. The irony is not lost on me, as both of the rooms I was in had posters warning of the dangers of shingles.
