I found the staff at Westland to be very professional and knowledgeable, especially the woman who helped with my insurance, Cyndie. She managed to get me more coverage and lower my rate at the same time. Everyone else seemed very helpful and friendly as well.

My insurance is up for renewal again but I won’t go to any other office. I am a new driver and it gets really intimidating if you have so many questions, the staff in this office were patient and accommodating. Sarah and Cyndie answered my question patiently. Kim, the manager is always there to help.

Got my personalized plate from this office and it was so quick and very efficient service. Nan helped me on my application and explained the procedures. All of them are awesome!
