There were 3 employees and only 1 was helping waiting customers. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waited 45 minutes to be helped. They were not knowledgeable or friendly and didn't do anything to make it easier for customers. Coming from an insurance background and hearing the conversations with customers they made simple solutions ten times more difficult. Also dirty and dingy. People walked out it was so brutal. Learn from my mistakes, don't go here.

Very rude on the phone, tried to get 2 permits 5 mins before closing and they wouldn't do it. Defiantly won't deal with them ever

Good service, quick and polite. The agent called ICBC and got me an additional 5% off. No signage on outside of mall but easy enough to find once inside
