Dan the technician showed up on time, but required some directions to the house. Brought the requested filters (2) and thoroughly checked and serviced the heat pump system. Then explained some of the minor issues and adjusted accordingly. After leaving he even came back shortly to make sure the thermostat settings were reset back to what it was after the adjustments were made. Impressed with the friendly service provided and will continue to use this company as I have done over 5 years. I like that they send me annual reminders for the servicing to be done less I forget.

The West-isle team is great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Exceptional customer service and great knowledge of parts and service. Would highly recommend for residential hvac service, and maintenance!

Was informed by a Westisle Technician that I needed a new heat pump. He passed my information on to his office and said they would get back to me . I waited one week and heard nothing so I called and explained that I was waiting to hear back from them. The woman on the phone took my information once again and once again I was told they would get back to me . It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing . Obviously my business is not important to them. I have now moved on to Sub Zero Heating and Cooling who DEFINITELY know how to treat a customer. I would not recommend Westilse !
