Don and his crew were Excellent! When we called him, he offered to come the next day for a free estimate - on time! The price was right and fair - He was then able to schedule us in almost immediately for service. On the Service day He showed up in the morning with a friendly on-time crew, ready to get the job done. They worked efficiently and respectfully, and cleaned up the area well, even bucking up the wood into rounds. It was really important to us to hire a local company, and we would hire Godolphin Tree Service again, and certainly recommend their service to others. Thanks again Don

Had a few quotes done for pruning a very large Cherry tree in our backyard. Godolphin offered the most competitively priced quote, and provided additional services at no additional fee. Cannot beat the service. Arrived promptly, worked diligently, and were friendly and respectful of the property. Cleanup was top notch, and they even left a wood pile, cut to size for burning. Pruned two pear trees, and tended to our tree hedge, once again, at no additional fee. Highly recommended and we will now be using their services yearly. Terrible terrible service. Gave us a quote in October, we told them to go ahead. Had to be chased with follow up calls in March ~ 4 phone calls ~ they even came back to reconfirm job. Then we waited four weeks from "start date", followed by three more phone calls. Finally they called back saying they were "too busy" to do the job. Complete waste of time. Very very disappointing. We would not recommend them.

These guys are indeed fantastic professionals. They are a five star family operation and would be definitely used again if ever needed. After they departed, one would never know three trees had been removed with no evidence left behind. Thanks guys. Gord Cull
