I came to the car wash today tribal 45 assess there was maybe three or visit while I was recording car wash sign that will fit in simplest form hi Sir what season available although it only makes sense I should get out of my vehicle and walk to the office try to motivate the business to allow me to use their car wash. How inconvenient is that. Didn’t answer the phone. And seen no employees anywhere. So is it a open remote sight with no staff. No it’s not. As it has a small store and office. The customer service interactions is seriously lacking. Wasn’t impressed in the least.

I wish negative stars could be reviewed.nBusiness that does practice like this should be shut down.nnI was KICKED out from cleaning my car after FIVE minutes before I had to spray my car. Barely had time to clean the front seatnnThe person behind me asked how long and I informed I just was getting started, very rudly he told me to get out of alberta while cleaning. then went to the manager.nThis harassment was rewarded by this business owner a true Canadian shamennThe manager who REFUSED to give me his name only yelled at me and told me to leave.nnI asked what I did wrong, where the signs were I was not able to deal my car at the car wash. I was pointed to a random sign with ZERO INFORMATION ABOUT ANY OF THIS and told I was in violation.  when I asked why I was shown the sign as clearly not in any violation he then pointed the right to refuse service.nTherefore now I was refused service because of this business owners prejudice.nAnd for zero infraction.nnThe owner took up almost 15 minutes of my time in a heated debate in the outrageously most unprofessional manner possible.nnTruly I hope he looses his business if he doesn't care for this paying customer and yells at the people willing to pay and support his operation.nnI wish he didn't shy away from providing a name. With an ego that large and a disposition to displace inappropriate anger towards paying customers is DISAPPOINTINGnnThis truly was the most disappointing experience I have ever had washing a car.nnWith word of mouth I will make sure all my friends and family are fully aware of these immoral business tactics.nnThere was zero apology offered and I guarantee I will never support this business again, and continue to share this story with any open  ears.nnVery very poor job.nnDo betternnAnd the very worst part was it was not busy at allnnPhotos attached for proof

If you want a great detailing for your vehicle this is the place to go. They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is immaculate prior to pick-up. This is where I will go for great service and excellent detailing. I highly recommend Western Pride. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks guys for making my vehicle look like new on each visit.

Avoid! Incorrectly overcharge your credit card multiple times and no foam in any of the presoak. Also takes forever to get soap in or get soap out of the spray so you waste 20 seconds waiting to rinse your car. Poor customer service as well

Horrible staff! Twice now a large man has approached my car being aggressive and rude. I know he works there but this kind of behaviour is meant to intimidate people and it’s wrong. I am a mother with two toddlers with me when this happens. Owner, your staff give the feeling we aren’t safe. Please do better.
