Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre

Bubbles did a wonderful job cleaning the disgusting amount of dog hair out of my cloth seats and mats. Their customer service was excellent and I liked that I was able to drop off my car , on a Sunday without an appointment. I took off and did my errands at the mall right there while they worked. They called me when my ride was ready and I’m now very happy. The package I picked was about $280, which admittedly is a fair cost, but this type of job takes me about 4-5 painful hours to do on my own and I feel they provided very reasonable value for a pretty tough and gross job. Well done Bubbles! I’ll be back!

This location has always been great to me! i am pretty bad for not taking good care of the inside of my car, and these guys always make it seem new!! In fact, my car is there right now as they are solving yet another problem that I got myself in. Every time I go there, I am always greeted with respect and they always go above and beyond. If you are considering this location, ask for Patrick. He is one of the best service advisers they have. The last time I was there, he went above and beyond. This time when I dropped of my car, he recognized me right away and remembered the services that they completed last time. I would always recommend this location!

Best service!! They care all details very well, staff very friendly, I have been here many times and always I got the best services, price is fair because they made a excellent job, no complaints so far!! Ok

Let me start off by saying that I 100% do NOT recommend Bubbles whatsoever. I was looking to have my car interior detailed. My car for the most part is imacculate and I really wanted the nooks and crannies cleaned. I looked on Bubbles’ website, and it says: "Pricing and Service times depend on the condition of the vehicle and which of these services or combination of services are required to meet your expectations.". WRONG. I got to Bubbles and you have to pull into a driveway. There are 2 side by side and once you’re in, you cannot turn around or exit. The man working the bay told me there were a few packages to choose from and for what I was requesting - an INTERIOR DETAILING only - it was $229!!! At this point I couldn’t turn around so I agreed to it reluctantly. I pulled into the vacuum bay and gave the keys over and went inside to pay (you have to pay before the car is even detailed). After explaining to the cashier what I was having done and her not believing me, the bay worker had to go back out to my car to prove that I had asked for what I did. I then asked roughly how long it would take, to which the bay employee told me “one, two, maybe three hours? I can’t see into the future”. The cleaning took an hour and 45 mins and they called me back to come and get the car. I got my keys and went to put my purchases from the mall into my trunk and it hadn’t been vacuumed. Then I went into the car and discovered a piece of popcorn in my cup holder (I don’t eat popcorn!! It’s never been in my car), my cup holder still had some spilt coffee drops, the nooks in the car hadn’t been cleaned out either. I wasn’t able to go back and complain because I had other arrangements to attend to. I know I should have but on the other hand if I am paying $229 to detail my car, why should I have to go back in with quality assurance issues? I turned the car on and my radio was blasting and my iPod was about 20 songs ahead of where I had left it. Obviously I expected MUCH better given the price point but I certainly will not ever be back again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Did a poor job on the windows and interior panels and had to remind them to dress the tires. Sloppy work and no one cared about the end result. Don’t waste your money here.
