Horrible company to deal with!!! Didn’t inform us of our rate going up, and despite hard times they refuse to work out a plan with a family who need vehicles to get to and from work!! Sent one email saying the monthly payment was NSF (even though the money was there and we tried to prove it to them and they wouldn’t listen or even look) and that it would be taken out again within 5 business days and that payments would resume the next month on the day that was agreed upon. Then sent an email the next day saying our policy was cancelled unless we pay for the whole year upfront!!! And only gave one business day to come up with said money even though people work during the hours they are open. Even other insurance companies have said that this company is crooked in their policies and dealings with customers. Also had home insurance with them and paid in full only to have them come after us and hound us for months for an additional $20 because a mistake THEY made!!!!

Because of a mistake by one of the brokers, i have been double charged on my insurance policies. So now I'm waiting for at least 3 weeks to get the, at least, $700 back because someone didn't do their job. The one policy has also been getting added late fees. It's already taking longer than necassary to sort out. If this rating drops to 1 star, know that i still had to pay late fees for Western Financial Groups mistake.
