RBC Royal Bank

I think they are basically like any other Canadian bank, not great, not terrible. My friend chooses to bank here so maybe they are ok. Just don't have views that the government wants to suppress or you may be debanked.

Excellent service, met with Kim at the counter and she helped me with my search for certain products.

Worst service and will never get anything from these Banks ever. Try to pay off a loan or even make a payment, only if you’re the one doing it, so, if I wanted to pay off anyone’s loan, anyone’s, can’t do it. Very disappointing.

I went in today to open a new bank account, and they helped me right off the bat. They said normally an appointment would be required but since they weren't busy at the time they helped me right at the teller desk. I really appreciate the person who helped me - I think his name started with a J? I had a lot of questions and he made sure he answered them all, and he didn't rush me along. Thank you so much! After 15 loyal years to TD I am feeling very positive about my switch to RBC!

If you want a bank to screw up your loan and try to hustle you out of 11,000 dollars for their mistakes I would use this bank!!! Horrible service. Horrible employees.
