RBC Royal Bank

Worst service and will never get anything from these Banks ever. Try to pay off a loan or even make a payment, only if you’re the one doing it, so, if I wanted to pay off anyone’s loan, anyone’s, can’t do it. Very disappointing.

I went in today to open a new bank account, and they helped me right off the bat. They said normally an appointment would be required but since they weren't busy at the time they helped me right at the teller desk. I really appreciate the person who helped me - I think his name started with a J? I had a lot of questions and he made sure he answered them all, and he didn't rush me along. Thank you so much! After 15 loyal years to TD I am feeling very positive about my switch to RBC!

The new manager of the downtown branch of RBC is a narcissist who cares more how she feels than customer. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience when she managed the 13 Ave branch prior today thought we all have bad days. I guess she she must have lots of them she even had the staff concern.

Worse bank in town! Never have I ever experienced such terrible service, takes over a week to process a transfer after telling me “it’ll arrive tomorrow” so because of their poor service I almost lost my home due to my rent transfer taking over a week to process when all other banks would’ve made the transfer happen within minutes! Definitely don’t sign up with them I’d take your business else where to a more reliable bank who will actually give you proper answers when there’s a issue

This is a terrible bank. I attempted to park in their parking lot, which is only one directional, a was greeted by a unfriendly and unsympathetic individual who rudely crossed a half empty parking lot and approached my vehicle before I was able to leave my seat. he then informed me I could not park here and that I must leave immediately. I cant imagine giving this branch my business if this is the treatment I receive before even entering. why would anyone give money to a bank that they cant access easily and safely.
