I never went in to this location before till Patti started working there. It was a pleasant experience. You get one on one help with your insurance advisor. And you even get to sit down with them and arent rushed. They sell insurance and investments.

My business has been dealing with Western Financial for a few years. Their customer service commercial division sucks. I sent a request for information to include some new acquired assets and they replied me back a month later rushing me up to fill a form for a renewal on the insurance 3 days before its expiring date. Their personnel didn't know how response to my requests and they were extremely obnoxious, petulant and unhelpful.
