Been open since Nov 2016. Nice modern interior, food was tasty and large portions. Well worth the drive for a lunch. Nice Motorcyle ride down from the Comox Valley. Do this place instead of the pub stops. April 2018. The word is out. Is a popular now. Food still awesome. Sunday brunch menu is great. Oct 10/18. Need to go again. Oct 20/18 Been back, it didn't disappoint again. New management. Oct 27/18 Bison sliders, awesome Now I'm going to check, Love Shack Libations, a nano brewery a few miles down the road.

Food is great. The one girl who was our server was great, very warm and fun and great with my kids but the other two servers were okay. The local mussels and clams dish is generous and sauce is flavourful without overwhelming them, the nachos were yummy, and the Pacific cod sliders were delish. I really liked the house garden salad as well. The rhubarb pie was yummy, but took forever to show up. I rarely ever comment about the restrooms, but they were clean, comfortable, and fresh smelling. Beautiful decor.

My partner and I ate here last night on a whim, and boy were we glad we did! We had Sarah as our waitress, and, despite being ridiculously busy, he was absolutely AMAZING! The food was really good as well. We especially loved the Loaded Potato Wedges. What a wonderful and interesting mix of flavours that I would never have thought to put together, but works so well!

A great restaurant: good food, pleasant staff with clean and simple west coast decor. I had the Tuna starter which was small but had excellent flavour. I had the Tuna salad for my main but subbed in the siracha lime prawns which was excellent. My brother chose the steak special and said it was really good. I would definitely recommend.

Was searching for a place with the family along the ocean highway. First place found was road house crown and anchor. No kids allowed. Kept driving and this large house style set up with the sign west coast foods. Didnt think teice went right in and now long story short. Great menu. Great service. Decent prices in comparison to others around. Great food. The kids gave the flash fry potato wedges a 10. Poy bois oyster and creole chicken were great. Lots of seafood options. Ill go back next summer again. I almost bought there shirt. Nice print and symbol.

Ok the food was good, staff was fine. A bit expensive but I may be out of touch with current reality. But we were left quite disappointed. The ambience was terrible. It was a big empty room. Grimy tables. We felt like we were dining in the front entry. No decor to speak of. So as an experience dining out, it was less than a fast food experience. It looks great from outside. But a food truck has more appeal once indoors. Not sure if we'll be back.

New Review, Try the seared tuna salad. Seriously. It is amazing. The tuna was, well, I cannot describe it. Such melt in your mouth goodness. I have had many great meals there. The gunpowder prawns are a rich, creamy decadent pleasure, wing nite is fun but I am getting the seared tuna until they take it off the menu. The service was amazing and the prices were on point.

Just had an EXCELLENT lunch here today with my best friend. She had the pasta special: grilled chicken and artichokes with ceaser salad and garlic bread and I had one of the best salads Ive ever had in a restaurant: the grilled tuna Asian Salad. Super friendly and very efficient service, very comfortable spot, clean and modern, and as a local, I look forward to bringing my husband and friends and family here...and checking out their music nights! Great job! Been back a second time and service was fabulous and salad and sliders awesome!

We went here for a date night and were happy with the tapas style meal we had. Prices were on the high side for the level of restaurant in my opinion. The building is pretty eclectic with an odd layout and no views. Friendly, competent staff, decent food, no views. Bottom line for me is that compared to other restaurants in the Oceanside area this would not be my first pick but also not my last. Note: The night we were there there was a very noisy group disrupting the restaurant. The staff managed them very well to their credit.

Service was good but food selection seemed to be lacking. There's a good quantity of dishes available but a lot of dishes are similar/not different enough. I couldn't find anything I wanted. Didn't have wings available on a Saturday, and no fish and chips. There are too many 'creative' food items which end up being even heavier than the usual pub fare and not enough classic pub food items.
