Westchester County Airport

It's more convenient than the NYC airports. But the waiting area and gates are way too crammed together. Like fire hazard. The TSA agents were either like they could care less or this weird Latino guy. He be like Mr Boss Man.... Talking to people as they go in the scanner SIR PULL YOUR PANTS UP SIR SIR. SPREAD YOUR LEGS MA'AM. HELLO MA'AM PAY ATTENTION MA'AM. such disrespect. But this is same airport that had a (jailed after got caught) security woman who helped criminals bring whatever through. Yes it was in the news.

This is a great small airport if travelling in/out of western Connecticut. The lines are not bad and the airport is kept fairly clean.

It's a very nice airport. Always on time never experienced any delays like la Guardia airport. Also their is never an issue with traffic. Only 28minutes from my home,also a BIG PLUS WITH NO TOOLS AT ALL,you don't have to pay any tolls,once u try this airport you won't regret it that's a promise

Would give 4 stars for ease of use and location of this airport. Boarding area is small and gets crowded but location and ease to get to and park at this airport makes up for that inconvenience. TSA at this site really draws all the positives away, they are not customer focused, you get a lot of attitude and little acknowledgement that you are there. Not very helpful to those that are not familiar with process. I travel often and while this is not every person at TSA at this airport on average very poor experience.

This is my favorite airport. Security is always quick and not stressful. All employees are very helpful, kind, and personable. I use this at my go-to airport every time it's possible!
