Monthly parking: Discount for those who live nearby makes it better than municipal parking. The gates and elevators aren't well-maintained, but there's usually a spot in the special lot, and the attendants are good, especially the daytime weekday lead. It's the fact that the garage wasn't built with Wal-Mart in mind that's the main problem; but, whattayagonnado somewhere this urban?

There's one attendant who pretends the machine is broken, charges you more, won't let you go unless you pay, then he POCKETS THE MONEY . I saw him out it his wallet with my own eyes ! This garage is horrible !
