After seeing their Instagram page and the quality of their work, I was super excited to try them out, as I have been looking for a place I can go to get my hands and toes done on a monthly basis. I already had an acrylic set on, so I decided to get a removal so that the technician had a clean canvas to work on. When i am paying a price for a nail removal I don’t expect to have a nail pried under the acrylic and ripped off. Once she started reapplying the tips, she was using these clear flimsy tips that felt super weak, but I decided to trust the process. Multiple times I asked her to smooth out the nails as they were bumpy and uneven, I also had to point out that both hands were not the same length and many other things, each time I was told that it was fine. I’m not argumentative so after saying multiple times that the shape was not what I wanted, I gave up. Not too long after I left, a nail broke, so I went back to fix it, this time they used a tip that was actually durable. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks and more nails are broken, the shape and quality of the work is just not worth the price.. I had really high hopes for this place as they have really good quality work on their Instagram but it’s definitely not the same in real life.

I have been going to this location for over a year and the wonderful service, commitment to fulfill my design requests, flexible availability always encourages me to continue being a loyal customer! The team is very supportive of each other, if i suggest a design that they are unsure of, they always help each other out to ensure my ideas are produced. My manicure, pedicures and designs are always completed perfectly and if there were ever any issues, they welcomed me to come back and have the nail adjusted. This location and team are very kind, hygienic and dedicated. They have a good selection of colour and very up to date with nail design trends. I recommend everyone to come here and would highly recommend this location anytime!Services: Acrylic nails

I hate leaving negative reviews, and the vast majority of the ones I leave are positive. I went to this Salon for a Nail fill. I was originally communicating via e-mail to book my appointment and they were quick and professional in responding. Upon showing up for my appointment, I was quickly greeted at the door. I let her know I was in for a solar fill. We discussed design and colours. When she went to grab the products, I was looking at the powder and pointed out it wasn’t Solar. She tried to convince me to switch to dip instead. When I wasn’t interested, another nail tech sat down, who was initially quite pleasant. I took a work phone call and wasn’t paying attention but looked down and noticed she was removing everything and already proceeded to cut one of my real nails down. I hung up and asked what she was doing and she said, full set and tip right? Again not what I asked. Moving aside from a bit of initial hiccups, I felt the nail tech I worked with wasn’t overly experienced as she wasn’t sure how to complete repairs without removing the entire nail— and that’s okay, there’s different levels of experience, after leaving, I really wasn’t happy with the work, so I reached out via email to rebook with a more experienced nail tech not even asking for a discount, just to have them redone The response I got is ultimately what made me decide to leave a review. I was told they checked camera footage to see I confirmed the price, and that if I was looking for an experienced nail tech who do could a fill, repair and design that I should take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately I felt there was no understanding of the situation, they were not open to feedback and denied me service to rebook another appointment. The defensive response and their quickness to point blame on an unhappy client was unprofessional when the instudio experience was nothing shy of professional, just the quality wasn’t there for the price asking. Needless to say, I will not be back and encourage others to look elsewhere as there are plenty of other nail salons locally. Work does not align to what you see on Instagram. Update: thank you for proving my point about being defensive to feedback, as seen in multiple reviews. Unfortunately as an owner you cannot be there for every interaction and reviewing camera footage does not show conversations. I appreciate you are trusting your employees word, that’s commendable, but when a client simply provides feedback and looks to book again with someone else, this is not how you respond. Best of luck

After seeing their Instagram, I decided to go to them for a manicure and pedicure. It was my first time in Canada. I had heard about the unsuccessful service in Canada, but Instagram gave me hope, and I decided to go anyway. Let's start with the pedicure. I got an excellent pedicure but didn't get my nails filed after cutting them. It ended up looking very sloppy after coating. On top of that, the nail polish is so far applied that it seems like I've been wearing it for 2 weeks, but I just had it done! It was the same situation with the manicure. I like the design, but the coverage is terrible. The nail polish glued my nails to the skin around literally all my fingers! They didn't shape them either, just left them with the one I came in with. On top of that, if you pay by card, it's 10% more expensive than cash. That's the first time I've ever encountered that. Tip too, only cash, unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me, so the master was left without a tip. Although for such work is very pathetic to tip, because they give it when you like something.

They’re very skilled at designs but I’ve gotten an okay experience, even after I gave this place another try. First time: Paid 45$ for shellac 2 designs included whereas they charged my friend 45$ but he got designs on ALL his nails. Second time: Made an appointment for a manicure. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because they took walk ins before me, even though I arrived on time. The manicure felt rushed and the polish application was sloppy and uneven.

This is my second time trying dip nails. It lasted about 4 weeks and they still looked great but were growing so I needed them redone. The nail is still healthy and strong. I would recommend this business and this service.Service: Dip powder

I have been going to Westboro Infinity Nails for almost 10 years now and the staff are pleasant and do a great job on manis and pedis. I love their massage chairs and my feet always come out looking like a million bucks!Services: Pedicure

Update: The salon replied to my review and offered the service again. Lily did an amazing job and was very attentive with assuring each layer of the gel polish for my shellac nails were cured. The salon is very clean and there are a wide array of services! Definitely improved since my last visit. I will come again. Thank you very much! Great service and the nails looked great when they were first done, but they did not last. It could have been the nature of the polish but the shellac started lifting and peeling a week and a half in. Never had this experience before at other salons.
