High Definition Nails & Spa

Absolutely amazing work! I went in with a broken nail that happened the previous day. I usually go to a different place in my city and I'm in Ottawa for the week so I decided to get my nail fixes here. They did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back for other services they provide. The ladies that work here all are super friendly and polite and made me feel super welcome. They matched my new nail to my other set absolutely perfect you can barely tell. Highly recommend this location!

This was my first time getting my nails done! Hanna did an amazing job, and I'm so happy I requested for her to do my nails : She was very patient and helped me figure out what I needed to get the nails I wanted first picture, and was helpful when I had questions. I have clubbed thumbs, and she said it was no problem, which was really nice! I don't plan to get my nails done very often, but when I have the occassion to, I'll definitely be coming back! First picture is what I showed her, the second and third are the results!

Very clean and nice place. I saw Tiffany and asked for rose gold chrome- she matched the photo I showed her exactly and I couldn't be happier with my nails. The prices are also great! Went with 3 others and we were all very pleased. Highly recommend.Service: Manicure

Hanna was amazing, very professional and was able to give me great advice on my nails. They were relatively expensive so I thought they would last a while. Today, 4 days after my appointment my shellac is fading and chipping. I'm about to go on holidays for 2 weeks with nails that definitely will not last. Service was great, but very disappointed that I spent over 60 dollars on nails that can't keep colour for more than a week.Service: Manicure

Had a great experience getting acrylic French tip nails. They pay great attention to detail and take their time. I would recommend this salon to anyone who likes getting acrylics

All the ladies here are amazing and the salon is very clean! My favorite solar set has to be the one I just received from Tiffany. She's a perfectionist and knows what she's doing. Having had solar nails done in the past at other salons in Ottawa, I can honesty say High Definition Spa blows them all out of the water!!!Services: Manicure

The salon is very nice and clean and the staff are friendly. I really enjoyed the hand scrub, massage and the little folded hand towels by the sink. Everything about the booking and communication was great during the manicure. The nail technician was gentle and even helped me touch up a spot that I thought was smudged. One thing which I applaud this salon for is the good customer service and communication. The manicure I got recently chipped after a few days, the salon responded to my email about the chipping and offered to give me another manicure with a gift certificate. I really appreciate the excellent customer service they said that their policy is that they can redo manicures for one week if there are any problems.Service: Manicure

Very cute atmosphere. Was greeted and serviced right at my appointment time. I hate small talk during appointments so I appreciated that my nail tech allowed me to relax and enjoy my pedicure. Non shellac colours aren’t very extensive but I did find a nice colour in the end. Honestly for the price you can’t complain. Other salons in the area are getting out of control charging $70…$80 for a basic pedicure so finding a decent one for $40 I’m happy. Polish application I would rate 9.5/10. Only negative thing is that tips have to be cash so in order to tip with a debit card you have to use their ATM and pay the service charge.Service: Pedicure

I wanted to love this place, the atmosphere and service was good. However the nail quality was far from it. Initially I loved my nails, they looked and felt great. I got dip powder with artificial nails On the second day, the first nail broke, this was so disappointing but fixable right?! I didn’t have time to come in that week so I waited, but as the days passed, more nails broke and 2 nails even fell clean off like they were loose. One week after getting my nails done, 4 nails had broken between both hands. I got fed up and ripped them off. I personally won’t be coming back here for dip as it seems they don’t have the best quality dip powder and their application technique wasn’t one I was familiar with. Overall, if you’re coming here for something simple I think it’s great but beware if you want your long artificial nails to last. :
