The management here is really efficient, which is always a plus. And the place is nice with the option of fully furnished suites. It's close to McMaster campus and there are some cool places around if you wanna go out and eat.
Incredible housing at a reasonable price! The staff is helpful, and maintenance is done quickly. There’s a Subway nearby, which is cool when you can’t be bothered to cook for yourself. They have fast internet.
A comfortable place! The rent is within the range of other places I looked at, but considering everything you get within the price, I’d say it’s great value.
They will charged you with all kind of excuses. For example, They were check your room tidiness during the busiest time of your lifeexam seasons, if your unit is not clean enough they will charge you. This is supposed to be the place you live instead of the place you need to maintain.
Worst, greediest, incompetent, rude, unsympathetic and nightmare. stay away!
If you have been looking for housing in the city that gives you a bit more bang for your buck then this is the place. It was an easy decision for me to choose to live here once I saw what was included in the rent. Also, the suites are quite nice and spacious and there is parking if you need it.
Renting a room here was a great decision for me in 2nd year. I made so many life long friends, made it to class on time and I'm pretty sure I saved a lot of money. It makes life easy for students, for sure.
