West Village Cafe

I came here today for the first time with a girl friend for lunch as it is local to us. It was busy but still socially distanced. It's a cute little modern cafe, with clean, white, bright decor. All the food seems fresh some items with a Indian twist and lots of gluten free options as well. I got the chili chicken sandwich and baileys latte, both were good. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will be coming back to try their other menu items as well!

Had a very enjoyable brunch here today. My caramel macchiato was exactly how I like it, rich creamy and sweet! I had the breakfast croissant, which was flakey and crispy. The scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, with avocado and tomatoes! My friends sandwich was equally yummy! Cute little place to grab a bite or chill with a coffee. Totally recommend it

Great coffee/café place for a quick brunch stop. The chilli chicken sandwich and butternut squash was really tasty and good as their best seller. However there tumeric coconut chicken bowl was just okay. The brown rice was dry. The cappucino was decent. The setting and place is nice, modern, clean and cosy! Would stop by again

Ever since I moved to Surrey, I was on the lookout for a new, favorite go-to cafe - until I found West Village! West Village is without a doubt the most beautiful little cafe here! Their drinks are delicious, their food is both healthy and mouthwatering, and the atmosphere really is one of a kind. They use such great ingredients and you can tell that everything is made with care. Our friends and family that we brought here have immediately fell in love with West Village. Happy, the owner, is absolutely incredible and is the true gem behind it all. She cares so much about her customers and her cafe, and it truly shows. She always has the biggest, kindest smile on her face and it has made our experience at West Village so memorable. Thank you Happy and everyone at West Village - you guys are the best!!

The vibes are off the charts. The food is delicious. The prices are very reasonable. No reason to go anywhere else for a coffee or more indulgent breakfast. Parking: Lots of parking.

I want to share my personal experience for this cute cafe. Me and my friend heard from so many people this cafe is really cool and as we visited it is really cool. We ordered vegetable stone flat bread and seasonal crepes as well and a seasonal drink peppermint mocha latte and turmeric latte. It’s so delicious. Moreover, their staff is so friendly they help us to decide our order and they also have home made desserts such as citrus bar, peanut bar it’s supper healthy. One additional thing they also have alcoholic drinks as well. I highly recommend to all my friends and family that please visit this place.

I’ll admit 6 months ago, during their transition of ownership, I did not have a good experience here. However, upon giving it some time and a second shot, I can say with certainty that my faith is restored. The store is clean, the staff is hardworking, and the service is quick. There is a large variety of delicious food, baked goods, and good drinks. Be warned that this is a POPULAR spot and you’ll find yourself strapped for seating if you come mid-day. I’ll be coming again at an earlier time next.

The coffee is great, atmosphere is great, service is quick and staff is friendly. The atmosphere provides a great area where you can get work done or have a conversation with friends. The only exception is during the busy periods from around 12-1pm when the place gets crowded and loud. There are a lot of vegetarian options on the menu if you are looking for a bite to eat. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian pastries. A few breakfast options, including a vegetarian "egg" wrap and waffles.

Not service dog friendly. Despite it being a literal offence and quite illegal to deny service dogs and their handlers the ability to stay in and eat. The owner told us that service dogs “made some customers uncomfortable”. SHOCKING. Absolutely rude. The staff also didn’t seem to understand you can’t deny entry to service dogs but couldn’t do much since it was the owner who denied us. Will not be coming back, and don’t recommend anyone who has any service needs to go. Didn’t offer us any discount considering we bought food under the impression we could stay. Owner should really educate themselves on guide dogs. It’s not a good look on her business.
